Return & Exchange Policy

 At Axher's, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return or exchange policy for eligible items.

Returns

  • All returns must be postmarked within 18 days of the purchase date
  • Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact customer service at support@axhers.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Securely package the item in its original packaging along with proof of purchase and mail to the provided address
  • Please note, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend using a trackable shipping method

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange
  • Please allow 7 days from receipt of the item for processing
  • We will notify you via email when the return has been processed

Exceptions

  • Phone cases are not eligible for return or exchange
  • For defective or damaged products, please contact us for a refund or exchange

Additional Information

  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns
