- Faulty Item Received

If you happen to receive an item that is faulty, please contact us immediately by sending a picture of the item to support@axhers.com along with your order number. If the item is found to be faulty or if it fades in the first wash, we will gladly reship it to you free of charge. There is no need to return the item to us, a picture of the faulty item will suffice.

 

- Not delivered on time

We understand that it can be disappointing to not receive your order on time. Whether you placed your order for a special occasion or simply dislike waiting, we want to ensure your satisfaction. Our orders are shipped from our US facility based on demand and design. Typically, orders are dispatched within 2-3 days of receipt, and it usually takes shipping carriers up to 10-12 days to deliver your package. However, please note that there may be some delays due to postal service limitations.

 

- Wrong size received

If you received an item in the wrong size, please double-check the order you placed with us. Oftentimes, customers mistakenly select the wrong size when placing their order. If this is the case, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance with the exchange process.

However, if you did order the correct size but still received the wrong one, we will gladly send a replacement free of charge. Simply provide us with a photo of the incorrect item and we will take care of the rest.

We kindly ask for your patience as orders may experience slight delays. We will keep you informed on the status of your order and provide you with tracking details. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders after they have been shipped from our factory.

- I ordered by mistake/I'm no longer interested

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled after 24 hours as it is typically shipped within 48 hours of being received.

-How long will it take to receive my order?

After you have placed your order, it will take around 1-4 days for us to process it before it is shipped out. Once shipped, it may take 7-18 days for the package to reach you. Overall, the delivery time for your order could range from 2-4 weeks. It's important to note that shipping times can vary depending on the order. Where can I track my order?

This will give you real-time updates on the location of your package and the expected delivery date, ensuring that you stay informed throughout the entire shipping process.

 

Will you email me when my order is shipped out?

As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Additionally, once your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you, you will receive another email with the tracking information for your package. This will allow you to stay updated on the whereabouts of your order and when it will be delivered to you.

 

How can I pay?

We offer a variety of payment options for your convenience, including PayPal, major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, and American Express), and ApplePay. No PayPal account is required to make a payment. Additionally, all credit card transactions are securely processed through Stripe, guaranteeing a smooth and safe checkout process.

 

What happens if I type in the wrong address?

It is important to double-check the shipping address you provide before placing your order to ensure accurate delivery. If you realize you've made a mistake and the package has not yet been dispatched, please reach out to our customer support team at support@axhers.com and we'll do our best to update the address. However, once the package has been sent, we cannot guarantee that it will be rerouted or resent to a different address. To avoid any inconvenience, please make sure to provide us with the correct shipping information at the time of your order.

Please note that as a customer, you are responsible for any taxes and duties associated with your purchase when shipping internationally. In the event of a return or exchange, shipping and duty fees will not be refunded.
