We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible, typically within 2-5 business days of receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays). You will be notified once your order has been shipped.
The time it takes to create your custom-ordered product is referred to as fulfillment time. Our fulfillment time is typically 2-5 business days for all production methods. On average, nearly 98% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days, and more than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. We are committed to providing fast and efficient service to our valued customers.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer flat rate shipping to United States.

When you place an order with Axher's, it may be subject to import duties and taxes, including value-added tax (VAT), which are assessed by the country where the order is being shipped. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs. As such, Axher's is not responsible for any additional charges that may be applied to your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number. With this information, you can track the status of your order and know when to expect it to arrive. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
In the unlikely event that you have not received your order within the specified timeframe from the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@axhers.com with your name and order number. Our team will investigate and work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Will My Items Be Sent In One Package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages. However, if you have any concerns or questions about your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Lost and Missing Packages
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct shipping and billing address is provided during the checkout process. In case of any error made by the customer, Axher's will not be held liable. However, in case of any errors made by us, we will fully take responsibility and re-ship the order at no additional cost to the customer.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
At Axher's, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. That's why we offer a return policy of up to 18 days after the item has been delivered. As long as the item is in its original, unused condition, we will be happy to process a refund for the full purchase price minus the cost of shipping the item back to us.
If you receive a damaged item in your order, please reach out to us immediately at support@axhers.com with your order number and photographs of the damaged item. We will investigate and handle each case individually and do our best to find a resolution that satisfies you.
